Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the irrigation components you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all timers, sensors, or accessories are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
